ABOUT JQ’S COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP NETWORK

JQ’s Community Leadership Network is a dedicated group of volunteers who contribute to JQ’s success in diverse ways, using their skills and innovation to uplift LGBTQ+ Jewish joy and inclusivity. Through one-on-one relationships with JQ’s professionals, Community Leaders both offer vital skills and knowledge, while also gaining new experiences for their future success. JQ’s Community Leadership Network is an ideal service opportunity for: 

• Folks with experience in mental health looking to contribute to our support services,
• People interested in event planning, volunteer management, and community building,
• College students looking to build their resumes with real-world experience at a nonprofit,
• Young professionals looking to refine their skills and grow as leaders in their community,
• Established professionals looking to offer pro-bono services and/or consultation, 
• Community members looking to learn more about JQ and our work on a deeper level,
• And more!

JQ’s Community Leaders are exemplars of allyship and queer Jewish empowerment. With their passion and initiative uplifting our community, JQ is able to continue to be a leader itself in the quest for LGBTQ+ Jewish inclusivity and liberation.
