Now in its sixth year, JQ’s annual Gelty Pleasures Hanukkah party is the biggest and best Hanukkah celebration for all LGBTQ+ and ally Jews in Southern California.

This year, JQ is proud to partner with Moishe House to bring you the first-ever Hanukkah Story Slam to open the evening. Storytellers will share personal journeys connected to Hanukkah themes including The Pride of Celebrating Who We Are, The Miracle of Light in Our Lives, Vulnerability and Strength, Power and Powerlessness, and The Search for Light in Dark Times.

Guests will enjoy a night of festive music, signature cocktails, drag queen performances, and raffle drawings offering a variety of prizes. Gelty Pleasures provides a safe, fun, welcoming, and unique environment for our LGBTQ+ and Jewish community to celebrate Hanukkah with their friends, families, and allies.
